OUR RETURN POLICY

 

SHIPPING

Shipping usually takes place (1-2 business days) after the order is received and processed.  Orders are processed on the following business day (Mon-Fri) between (9am-5pm EST) after the order is placed.  Orders placed on a weekend will NOT be processed until the following Monday.  Delivery usually takes approximately (3-7 business days) from the date of shipping.

 

Go Kamoflaj uses UPS as our carrier.  Currently, we ship within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).  Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer express or international shipping services at this time!  We DO NOT under any circumstance, ship to P.O. Boxes.

PURCHASES

Payment for all purchases must be made at the time of purchase with one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  We also accept PayPal!  Customer’s billing address MUST be registered with their credit card institution.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Go Kamoflaj, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and exceptional customer service.  In stating that, we expect you, the customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). However, if you should have to return an item(s), please feel free to do so by following these simple steps.

 

Contact our office via email within (5 days) of receipt of order for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). THIS IS A MUST!

 

You should receive a reply within 48 hours.

 

Please be sure to mark this (RA#) on your return package in BOLD writing.  Products returned without the (RA#) will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. 

 

If you are returning the item(s) because you are not satisfied with the color, fit, appeal, etc., the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

*Please include your purchase receipt with your return package!

 

Go Kamoflaj will NOT refund shipping charges UNLESS the return is due to an error made by us.  We will pay for the shipping to return the item(s) by the following steps below.  Please follow these specific steps.

 

Contact us via email for a (RA#) and specify the item(s) being returned. 

 

Go Kamoflaj will send a package to place the return item(s) into for your convenience.  There will be no additional shipping charge to the customer.

 

PLEASE DO NOT MAIL THE ITEMS IN YOUR OWN PACKAGE!

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping for any errors made by the customers!

 

All item(s) MUST be in its original packaging.  Please Do Not Remove any tags or dispose of the receipt or shipping box until you are satisfied with your purchase. If the original tags removed or if the item(s) have been worn, Go Kamoflaj Will Not Accept the item(s).

 

Allow (10 business days) for the return process to be completed.  This DOES NOT include, the shipping time.

 

On all returns it may take up to (2 weeks) from the day we receive your return before your credit card account is credited.

 

Refunds after (14 days) are NOT ACCEPTED!

 

EXCHANGES

 

WE DO NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE POLICY!

 

*If you wish to replace items that have been returned, you will need to purchase the items through the normal process.
