ü    How long will it take for my item(s) to be shipped?

 

o     Shipping usually takes place (1-2 business days) after the order is received and processed.  Orders are processed on the following business day (Mon-Fri) between (9am-5pm EST) after the order is placed.  Orders placed on a weekend will NOT be processed until the following Monday.  Delivery usually takes approximately (3-7 business days) from the date of shipping.

 

ü    How long will it take if my item(s) are not in stock?

 

o     Items that are not in stock, usually take (2-3 weeks) to be shipped.  

 

ü    What are the shipping & handling fee for my purchases with Go Kamoflaj?

ü    Is there an express shipping or international shipping option?

 

o     No.  These options are not available at this time.

 

ü    Can I receive shipping to a P.O. Box address?

 

o     No.  At this time we DO NOT under any circumstance, ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

ü    Where is Go Kamoflaj located?

 

o     Boynton Beach, FL

 

ü    What form(s) of payments are accepted for purchases?

 

o     Payment for all purchases must be made at the time of purchase with one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  We also accept PayPal!  Customer’s billing address MUST be registered with their credit card institution.

 

ü    Can I return the item(s) I purchased?

 

o     Yes. Contact our office via email within (5 days) after the order is received for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). THIS IS A MUST!

o     You should receive a reply within 48 hours.

 

o     Please be sure to mark this (RA#) on your return package in BOLD writing.  Products returned without the (RA#) will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. 

o     Please include your purchase receipt with your return package!

ü    Is there a restocking fee for all returns?

 

o     Yes.  If you are returning the item(s) because you are not satisfied with the color, fit, appeal, etc., you WILL be charged a 15% restocking fee.     

 

o     No.  If the return is due to an error made by Go Kamoflaj, you will NOT be charged a 15% restocking fee.

 

ü    Is there a shipping charge for returned item(s)?

 

o     Yes.  Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Go Kamoflaj will NOT refund shipping charges UNLESS the return is due to an error made by us.  We will pay for the shipping to return the item(s).  Please see specific details under RETURN POLICY on the shipping page.

 

o     The customer is responsible for return shipping for any errors made by the customers!

 

ü    How long will it take to receive credit for my returned item(s)?

 

o     On all returns it may take up to (2 weeks) from the day we receive your return before your credit card account is credited.

 

ü    Is there any item(s) that are NOT accepted for returns?

 

o     Yes.  SWIMWEAR and/or WORN item(s) WILL NOT be accepted as returns due to sanitary reasons. All item(s) MUST be in its original packaging.  Please Do Not Remove any tags or dispose of the receipt or shipping box until you are satisfied with your purchase. If the original tags are removed or if the item(s) have been worn, Go Kamoflaj Will Not Accept the item(s).

o     Refunds after (14 days) are NOT ACCEPTED!

 

ü    Can I exchange the item(s) for other items of the same value?

 

o     No.  We DO NOT have an exchange policy at this time.  If you wish to replace the item(s) that have been returned, you will need to purchase them through the normal process.
